Reduce spacing on the form

Just one more thing... if i may ask...
The spaces between the forms is really big, and it seems to be like that as i scroll down... Is this normal? how can i fix?

If yes, you can reduce the spaces between the questions by adjusting the question spacing on the Form Designer.
