I have a form on my website that has been working correctly for a long time now. As of about a month ago, I noticed it stopped functioning correctly. I figured it was something I had done, but I have been unsuccessful correcting the problem.
When a specific product is checked (using the checkbox) the product is supposed to drop down and display the prices. It is not. Here is the link to the page where the form is. https://progressiverisingphoenix.com/wholesale-discounts/

As per checking, it seems the pricing setup of your product on your Payment widget is not being captured properly. The pricing is not properly displayed on your form. Please try to edit your product and click on the Save button for the prices to be displayed and see if this will help fix the issue you are encountering.
