Why did my account get suspended?

    Yes you have every right to suspend or delete accounts but I'm curious as to why my account got suspended without any explanation. I just wanted to know if I have broken any rules.

    Upon inspection I found that your account got suspended because your form "Tax" with ID 63235878329164 is collecting banking sensitive information, in violation of our terms of use.

    If you accept our terms of use, and grant us permission to remove the offending fields/form, we may consider re-activating your account.

    Thanks for your response. The matter should have been discussed with me
    before taking such a drastic measure. Who knows how many potential
    customers are turned away. Thanks anyway.
