How to fix wrong title when sharing form in Facebook

I had changed the name in the Page Title section as well and it still comes up as the old name when I try to publish it to Facebook.

Could you please share the Form ID and Facebook page so we can investigate this issue further?

I'm not sure why the changes are not reflecting, you could also try removing the page and adding it back to Facebook.

Where do I locate the Form ID?
Also, I haven’t added it to Facebook, when it came up like this picture with the wrong name I canceled it.

The form link contains the form ID. To fix the issue, please enter your form link and use the 'Scrap Again' option in the next Facebook tool:
