Published form is to wide to fit where I need it to show

I have been using this form in this location for the past 2 years.  All of a sudden it is to wide to fit in the frame.  I tried to edit it, but can not find a setting to change the width.  Please reduce the width to fit the frame.

I test the form on your website using mobile browser but so far I could not see the issue you described. The form is not wide and fitted just fine within the frame of your website page.
