PDF Fillable Form Customization

    Hi Jotform Team,
    I am hoping you can help me.
    I want to make this attached PDF form fillable with certain customization.
     
    Currently the form is already fillable but I would like to make some changes to the form field type - such as changing some of the text field into a drop down box etc.
     
    I have tried to upload it to JotForm but kept getting error message.

    Hi Tamara,

    I was able to see your imported fillable PDF form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/72136463803959

    At this time, it is not possible to edit/customize the imported PDF form using the Form Builder.

    But what you can do instead is to customize your PDF form using a PDF editor application (i.e. Adobe Acrobat PDF editor)

    After you have completed designing your PDF form, you can import it again to JotForm. You can use our Fillable PDF Form creator here.

    You will be able to have the customized PDF form in your JotForm My Forms.
