How can I edit the form

    Simply go to My Forms, select your form, and click on the Edit icon.

    1) I have create iced on it, but no edit/preview tutor appeared? 2) how can I throw all the form at "My Form" to trash

    1) I clicked on the form I created, but no edit /preview button appear

    Which browser are you using? Are you experiencing this issue only on iPad?
