Hey Jotform!
Love your platform.
Quick question... I know the form analytics is still in Beta but is there a different between Views and Traffic? My view counter on the analytics page has been stuck at 7 but I've seen a ton of traffic show up at the bottom of the page.
Let me know if you need anything from me.
Thank you!

Whenever someone opened your form or the web page where the form is embedded, it is counted as a form view.
If you are logged into your JotForm account, the form views will not be counted. It is possible that you are doing a test submission on your own computer. For more information about form views, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about.
I can see that you created this form yesterday. From August 2 up to now, you only have 7 form views.
The Traffic tab will show you the list of IP addresses of the visitors, the date, if they made a response, duration from the time of the visit and the time of the submission, their country and the device used.
Please check this guide for more information about Form Analytics: https://www.jotform.com/help/425-Understanding-Form-Analytics-and-Ways-on-How-to-Get-Your-User-s-Info
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
