I'm trying to edit the submission email but it always reverets to the one I opebned the account with.

    I opened a Jotform account with my personal email to test it.

    Now I want to change it to another email but it always send notifications to my original email.


    Also, can I open multiple accounts for my clients from my computer so they can log in & edit their forms?

    Hello Julie,

    You can change the email address on the notification email in the Email Alert settings in your form.  You can read on this user guide on how to do this.

    And yes, you can open multiple accounts for your clients provided that you have different email addresses for each account.
