Sub user shared form submissions are displayed as blank

    I created a sub user but when they login submissions are blank. They can see the 6 submissions on the form (https://form.jotformeu.com/71593317470357) but the entries are blank. Do submissions only start to appear for a sub user after they have created an account? i.e. they can't see any entries before they were user?

    I checked the account of the sub-user you have created and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When viewing the submission page, the displayed submission data are blank.

    Can you please try to enable the Europe Datacenter setting on your account and see if this will fix the issue? It seems that your data is not stored in our Europe Datacenter while the sub-user is accessing the submission in Europe Datacenter. For more information about this setting, you can check this article: EU Safe Forms. You can enable the setting in My Account > Data page.

    Is this safe to do, we have a lot of data and I'm afraid we could run into problems if we do this? Does it take long for all the data to be copied over?
