How to remove JotForm branding from thank you process?

    We're using JotForm for patients to submit information (we have a virtual medical practice), so we don't want them to receive promotions from JotForm to create their own JotForm.  We feel that it's not very professional coming from "us", especially since we are paying for JotForm.  How do we remove this email from going out?

    Removing the branding is only available to paid customers. And I see you are a Bronze member. So to disable the JotFrom branding you must go to your user settings (top right) and uncheck the "JotForm Branding" checkbox:
