Hello,

Our websites utilize JotForm for our contact pages. Our web developer has sold his company and no longer provides services for us. I need to somehow access settings for our forms so I can make changes.

It looks like the forms in your web pages were created under the web developers account.  This account has nearly 200 forms and I do believe most belong to other clients.  We cannot give you access to the account but you can have then share the forms with you as a sub-user:

This would give you access to the forms from your account.  Or have them log in to their account and authorize that we move the form out of their account to your account.
