The last three forms that client submitted, I was unable to review them. It looks like it is still encrypted and even after I used the key I was still unable to review them.

Keep the current key and go to your form settings. Disable and enable the encryption to generate a new key. Now, clear your browser storage, guide below:

Also, clear your cookies for Jotform before logging in again. See if this works.

Hi there! Another team member actually created an encryption key for another form and didn't know it was using it for all other forms as well automatically. So we've figured it out - sorry - but now another question: is it possible to use different encryption keys for different forms?
Thank you!

Yes, you can create new encryption keys for different forms. Just ensure that when you enable encryption on your other forms, you will pick the 2nd option that says CREATE ENCRYPTION KEYS FOR ME.
I'm also strongly recommending this guide in case you haven't seen it yet. Read the Q&A section to learn more about Form Encryption.

Mhh that's weird bc that's exactly what I did and yet now the old forms only work with our new key? :/

We are sorry for the trouble caused. The encrypted submissions received before generating the new key can only be decrypted by the previous key only since each private key is unique. The submissions received with the new key cannot decrypt the previous submissions.
Thanks!
