I need to merge our two accounts in the same name

We have two account in the name of Axway University with different passwords.  I believe this happened because we had a free account and although we requested a merge at that time I don't believe it actually happened.

In any case, someone on the team found the old password logged in with it and as a result we know have to actrive accounts with different forms in each. Can you please merge the two and retain the account that we pay for with the password to that one intact.
