    Not getting email notification

Asked by middletonpd on January 21, 2011 at 09:17 PM

I just created my second form and I'm not getting the email notification when a form is submitted.  I tried the test email and checked my spam folder, both with no luck.  My first form has been working fine.

    Hi there,

I am new here and was having similar trouble, but on checking my account details found I had made a mistake in them by missing a letter/number of my email address.

May I suggest you do the same?

Err... excuse me for getting off topic but jabuga, it's not such a good idea to expose your email address on the Internet like you have done here. Actually, one of the purposes of putting a contact form on a site is to hide one's email address.

    Thanks abajan,

    I have removed it.

    Cheers mate.

I checked the emails from our email server logs. They are being sent properly. Here is the log:

    Jan 24 11:15:25 monk sm-mta[7428]: p0OGFMmg007426: to=<kcleasby***ci.middleton.wi.us>, ctladdr=<jotform@monk.interlogy.com> (1002/1003), delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=esmtp, pri=124524, relay=ci.middleton.wi.us.s7a1.psmtp.com. [], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (Thanks)

Can you forward this log entry to your email service provider and ask them to investigate what happens to this email?
