I just created my second form and I'm not getting the email notification when a form is submitted. I tried the test email and checked my spam folder, both with no luck. My first form has been working fine.

I am new here and was having similar trouble, but on checking my account details found I had made a mistake in them by missing a letter/number of my email address.
May I suggest you do the same?

Err... excuse me for getting off topic but jabuga, it's not such a good idea to expose your email address on the Internet like you have done here. Actually, one of the purposes of putting a contact form on a site is to hide one's email address.

I checked the emails from our email server logs. They are being sent properly. Here is the log:
