My form notifications are not being sent to me

    I am not receiving notifications--I am missing important forms because of this--what can I do?

    Your form submissions are sent to your email address in the form based on our logs. The emails may have been filtered as spam, so I would suggest checking that. You are using Verizon email so log in to Verizon website and check it from there.

    To make sure that you will get the emails straight to your inbox, we highly recommend whitelisting Jotform in advance. Add to your safe sender or contact list. 

    Note that if you cannot get your Verizon email to work in your forms, I would suggest using a different email address. Maybe the free ones from Gmail or the like.
