Hi. I can't log into my account at present.

    I am having trouble logging into my account. I believe I have entered the correct login details as I have them noted in a book. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello Laura,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account with your username "elevategym". If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please change your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
