Can you change a single choice question's condition over to a multi choice question?

I would like to keep the same conditions I have set for the single choice responses and carry them over to a multi choice response!  Thanks. :-) 

I'm afraid that you will have to adjust your conditions since you will use new field. Maybe the best way would be to add one field at the time and adjust the conditions, then you can add another one and so on. 

Since there is no way to simply convert conditions from one field to another.
