    When printing a form, is it possible to not have to print the 'print', 'submit' and 'clear' buttons as part of the form?

    From what I know about CSS, that has to do with setting the properties of those elements in the print stylesheet to display:none but aytekin and serkan will be better able to direct you as to what to do.
