Can I trigger an email based on a user inputed date?

    Hi!

If I include a date field, can I trigger a custom email based on that date?

If not, do you know a third party integration that might allow me to do so?

Thanks! I hope you eat something yummy today!

That's possible and here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection?. This will send the notifications right away based on the user's answer.

However, if what you want is to send the notification on the date selected by the user, I'm afraid that's not possible and there's no available workaround I could think of.

You might want to consider the scheduled autoresponder for now but this requires fixed date though not from the user.

Thank you. I super appreciate your response. Do you know of any way to
connect a third party app to make that happen? I've been trying to get
AutoPilot to connect with Jotform, but no luck so far...

You can try connecting AutoPilot with JotForm through Zapier. Here's the link: https://zapier.com/zapbook/autopilot/jotform/

Please take a look also at this link on how to use Zapier with Autopilot: https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204963625-How-to-use-Zapier-with-Autopilot
