Upon checking, you have received incomplete payments on the following forms:
Incomplete Payments means that there was an attempt to make a submission but failed to continue to make payment.
You can check the details of your incomplete payment submissions by visiting the submissions page of every form and clicking the incomplete payments icon on the top left part of the page. You can read more on this user guide regarding incomplete payments/pending submissions.
Please take note that when you decide to complete the payment, it is considered as a payment submission, thus it will be counted to your submissions quota as 1 payment submission. But when you try to delete the submission, it will no longer be retrievable.
