Normally, the approval process takes up to 24 hours.
Please take note that before clicking the "Upgrade" button from the "Congratulations" email, make sure you have opened a fresh session at the Jotform site with your account.

It has been a couple of days and I have still not received an email.

I have checked your account and I am happy to inform you that your nonprofit application was approved in August 8th, 2017.
Please note that you have used a different email address in your application, than the one in your account, which may explain why you did not see the congratulations email that contains further instructions. The email has been sent to email@example.com
