I'm having an issue where the Thank You page is not displaying on a form that I just built. I've tried using the preview link and I've also embedded the form on a hidden test page on our site and I keep getting the same error message.

I just tried another form that was built recently and found the same issue:
I then tried one of our older forms that is already on our site and the Thank You page does appear on this form:

I have tried submitting your JotForm from the web page and see that the Thank you page is displayed correctly.
I have cleared the form caches for your account to see if that helps. Could you try submitting the form on a private/incognito window or a separate browser? Also, please try submitting the form on your mobile using mobile data and check if you are able to submit it without any issue.
