Our user named "mangoriver" has reported us that the form submissions do not appear in the configured GetResponse list in the integration.
I have tested and seen that the user is right. Unfortunately, GetResponse integration does not work. Also, I have tried to use Zapier and this doesn't work either. Following message has been appearing:
Bargle. We hit an error creating a contact. :-( Error:
api.getresponse.com returned (400) Bad Request and said "General error of validation process, more details should be in context section"

GetResponse is very strict when it comes to phone numbers.
The reason why your tests don't go through is because the phone number you entered (fill form) is invalid.
In any case, I have modified the integration to remove phone numbers and retry adding the contact if it is the phone number that's causing the error.
On a related note, I reviewed the email sent by @mangoriver. It seems that the issue is NOT about the integration not working, but rather his newly added campaign not showing up in the integration wizard.
I am now working on the said issue.
