I am unable to access my account again

I got suddenly kick out from my account, while i am not sure about both register email and password what sould i do ?

I did changed the register email before i got kicked out?
As well as changing the password and request for a change in username.

The problem is sloved by another person in Jotform, i had checked cause
early on i request on change in username that's why i cant login the
account just now.
