I have two YouTube videos in my form. The second one on page 5 does not update to the correct YouTube URL (it keeps the default JotForm video). I've deleted it and added it multiple times now, and cleared my cache in case that was the issue. Could someone help me figure out how to fix this please?
Edit: I just cloned the form and the right video is showing as expected. Does this mean I have to use the new cloned form now?Page URL:

I am not sure why the default JotForm video is shown on the page 5. The correct video is also shown on my cloned form.
Please try to add this URL &feature=youtu.be" rel="nofollow noopener">https://&feature=youtu.be in widget settings, to see if that will resolve the issue.
You can also try to add the third widget and see if the correct video will be shown.
Maybe there is an issue with your original form.
If you want you can use new cloned form. However, if you want to use the original form and if my suggestions do not resolve the issue, let us know and we will escalate this issue to our developers.
