Problem with notification emails content

    Hi - My form looks correct but my notification emails, as well as my client confirmation emails do not include the quantities I ordered when I submitted the form. Also one of my items is not listed in either notification form.

     

    Please assist?

    It looks like that the email templates have been already fixed on your form.

    However, if the issue still persists, please let us know.

    Yes - I fixed that issue by just creating a brand new notification form - 2 of them actually. However I still have one problem - Both my notifications say "Deliver to:" correctly - but where it should say "Bill to:" - it is blank. Any solution for that?

    You may try re-naming the second address field.

    It will be automatically updated in your email templates too.

    It is also possible to automatically populate the 'Bill to address:' when the 'Bill to: Same as delivery contact' option is checked.
