I am receiving this error on the submit form and the form is not being emailed to me...

Could you please provide the form ID or form link so we can further check it? Also, please provide the email address that is not receiving the notification email.

If yes, I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screenshot of the thank you page:
