Questions before we purchase

    Hello,
    We are looking to use JotForm for our Non-Profit. We would be using JF for:
    -Program Applications form potential participants (Admissions Department)
    -Paypal Payments for school fees and Donations (Accounting Department)
    -People can sign up for tours of our campus (Development office)
    -People can request to be contacted (Administration)
     
     
    My questions are:
    1) If we sign up for the Premium JF, can each form be sent to their specific department? For example, when someone makes a donation, can accounting@ourNGO.com get an email with said information? When someone fills out an application can admissions@ourNGO.com get an email? Or is there 1 email assigned to the account and that 1 email receives the email with said information.
     
    2) If we sign up for Premium and 1001 subscriptions, would our accoount automatically be upgraded to Professional? Or would we fail to recieve the 1001 subscription? If the plan bumps to "Professional" that month, would the plan then return to Premium the next month?

    Yes, it's possible and it's very easy to do. This guides can certainly help you.

    2)  If we sign up for Premium and 1001 subscriptions, would our accoount automatically be upgraded to Professional? Or would we fail to recieve the 1001 subscription? If the plan bumps to "Professional" that month, would the plan then return to Premium the next month?

    If your account receive 1001 submissions your account will be scheduled for a suspension.In this case your account will be suspended and reactivated again next month. In this suspension period you can't receive other submissions but you can upgrade anytime to a Professional plan and this suspension schedule will be removed. You can downgrade / upgrade to any plans anytime.

    If you think to receive more than 1000 submissions I may suggest you to upgrade directly to Professional plan.
