I created a form and have had people try to submit the form. I am getting a message that only one entry is allowed. I specifically asked if multiple people could submit from the same form and was told that would work but it is not working. I need help ASAP.Page URL:

I have checked your form and found that unique submissions are disabled:
I was also able to submit your form more than once using the same browser and computer. Is the issue still happening on your end?
Please try submitting your form using incognito mode as this might be a cache issue.
