What is my account status?

Some of our forms are not working. Clients are not getting responses.

    What plan do we have?

Am I correct in thinking that we can use one (1) form on multiple pages? For example, is a contact us information page for client #001 considered one form, and a contact us information page for client #002 considered the same form, or another form. If we have 200 clients and each have a contact page with a contact us form, is this one form for all 100  clients or 100 separate forms?

Our main sites are LosCabosGuide.com and LosCabosMagazine.com

We may need to upgrade to a new plan.

I was not able to locate a direct phone number to contact support.

    Thank you for your help.

Your account is on Bronze plan and with this usage at the moment:

All your limits are pretty much ok except the number of forms allowed. You have 328 forms from allowed 25, which you were grandfathered to keep when this limit was introduced. But you will not be able to create new forms, even if you delete some of those, and that is as long as you're over those 25.

You can embed one form in multiple websites so if you had one for each (and they are doing the same) you can delete the extra ones and keep only one. Just make sure your submissions are backed up.

And I'm afraid that we don't have phone support.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the update. I would like to upgrade to the Silver plan at $39.00 per month. Would we be able to keep the current number of forms with the upgrade?  I would need some time to remove the older forms. Another option would be to create a new Silver plan account and create the forms more correctly. What is your advice.

Yes, you can do that, you can upgrade to Silver plan and keep the forms.

You can do either option, whatever works for you, either creating a new account or fixing the current one.

If you decide to do the latter, then please be mindful that if you disable any form you will not be able to enable it as long as you're over the limit.

But again, since you have more than 300 forms, maybe you could create a new account and just clone the forms that you need there. Or we can move forms with submissions for you from one to another account.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
