Please could you advise why my account has been suspended?

    Your account has been suspended due to being suspicious of scamming activity. There is not proof that you are an authorized vehicle finance institution. Your account is not even registered under a corporate email domain.

    Also, asking for bank account information is not allowed: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

    Number 2010/033763/23 . The form used is a Jotform template that was used.

    In order for us to reactivate your account, we must delete the guilty form or you must provide us the following information:

    1. Your company's website URL

    2. Your corporate email address

    Please send an email to support@jotform.com using your corporate email address. Include in the subject line the following: ATT: (John_Benson) Thread 1220519 and briefly explain the purpose of your forms.

    Number 2010/033763/23 who is an authorised Financial Service provider with
    FSP NUMBER: 47188. The form used is a Jotform template.

    I checked the information provided and though it does appear to be legitimate, it still difficult for us to authorize the collection of banking details for a third party through your account.  If we could have them validate the information from a corporate email address instead of a Free Gmail address, consideration would be much easier.

    If you wouldn't mind us removing that form, we can activate your account.  However, without further confirmation from the business owner, we cannot leave the form active.

    Thank you for the response.
    No problem we can remove the form for now, as they are no longer clients of
    mine I no longer have my webmaster e-mail address on their domain. I
    will correspond with them with regards to the form.
    I prefer using my gmail account for record keeping purposes and I find it
    much more effective when it comes to large downloads.

    I removed the form and activated your account.  Your forms should be usable once again.
