    Problem with pricing and renewal.

    Good afternoon

    I received an email this morning outlining the following:

    This message is to remind you that your subscription for JotForm Premium - Yearly Subscription is planned to be renewed in  7 days using your credit card ending in numbers  5788, as agreed when the subscription was purchased.
    The total amount that will be charged to your credit card is: 94.59 CAD(Plus applicable taxes).

    I as under the assumption, that since I am now on the professional account, I would not longer pay the $9.95 per month as indicated above. Can you please clarify this, and is there anything that states I would pay a pro rated amount if I upgraded to professional at any time during my year subscription ?

    Please respond confirming that the $94.59CAD above will NOT BE CHARGED as indicated on the email received today. Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.

    Please accept my apologies for this misunderstanding

    You probably are recieving this email because the recent upgrade you did to Professional, was made through our new Payment Gateway (FastSpring) and the yearly Premium subscription was made via Plimus (our old one) and it was never cancelled

    I have processed the cancellation for the Premium subscription. So your account should be ok from now on
