I assume your 'data storage' is all the info submitted to us via one of yoru forms.... however we don't require data storage, in fact being a not for profit church, we would rather have no on-line data, just the form info sent to us via an email.
So I assume you don't allow us to opt out of on-line data storage, and when our account form submissions hit the cut off line then we will have to pay the monthly fee - yes?
Is there any way around having this data stock pile up and then cause us fees?
I am looking for a one time payment for form creation software with security features - do you know where I can find use a thing for our church.

The plans have limits based on numbers of submissions, uploaded data , SSL submissions and number of payments.
For the free plan, the counter gets reset on ther firsrt day of each month.
If you think your church will be recieving more than 100 submissions a month and you might want to get a discount, I would recommend you to use our Yearly ($90) or bi-yearly ($139) subscription.
You could also buy the self hosted Jotform Application for which you will be paying a one time payment, starting as of $450 . You will be able to host your own data on your own server with no restrictions
