Can I use Jotform to validate information in an existing spreadsheet?

I would like to send a form that would ask my respondents to validate information in an existing data base. Currently the data is in an excel doc, but I could easily use google docs or spreadsheet instead, if that would make a difference.

Unforutnately, it is not possible to read the data from external sources from JotForm. If you want to validate the data, you may consider adding custom program to add to the full source code of the form so that you can host it on your web server. You may hire a programmer from Upwork or Freelancer to achieve your requirement.
