    Hi and thanks for contacting us.

    Try to inject this css code:

    .form-collapse-table {
    background-image:url('http://www.urltoimage.jpg');
    background-repeat:no-repeat;
    }

    Let us know if this satisfy your request.

    Thanks.

    It works, but I need more than one image and for each form  collapse of another.
    How can I do this?

    Thanks for answer!!

    You are going to have to work out the element ids' of each of the form collapse tables.

    You can do this with Chrome, by right clicking on the relevant form collapse table and selecting 'Inspect Element', you should then see the lines of code responsible for rendering this element highlighted and from there you should be able to work out the element id:

    e.g the id of your top form-collapse is collapse_193

    meaning you can use CSS like this to set the background image of this element alone:

    #collapse_193 {
    background-image:url('http://www.urltoimage.jpg');
    background-repeat:no-repeat;
    }

    You would just repeat this process to set the background colors of the rest of the form collapse tables on your form.
