I see the edit button on the right corner, but when I enter the correct information on the .pdf, how do I save the new change?

To my understanding, you are trying to edit form submissions from the submission page of your form. To save the changes after you edit a submission, you need to resubmit the form as mentioned in this guide — How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms
Doing that will not create a duplicate submission and it should not count against your monthly submission limit.
Also, this sends the email alerts setup in your form if the "Send on Edit" option of that email alert is enabled.
