    Hi

I am designing a form which enables callers to book various seminars at an event with different people

e.g. the can book a seminar to see Bob, John or Mary

I want an email to be sent to Bob, John or Mary to tell them that this person has booked for the seminar

    Possible?

Yes, what you kindly described is possible using conditional logic and email notifications, so that if a certain seminar is selected an email notification goes to person x, and if another one is selected that email notification goes to y, and so on.

We have a detailed guide on how to send email based on user's answer here: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

This can be made possible by use of conditional logic with email notification.

Kindly see images below on how I have configured it using your cloned form.

Yo can also clone my form to check it out and modify the notification.
