New form layout: Preview Before Submit widget doesn't appear in the new layout

It would be nice if the "preview before submit" widget would be applied in the new layout too. Users want to review their submissions in one page before they submit it. There is no such possibility at the moment.

We have implemented a form setting called "review before submit" which provides that functionality.
