I keep getting this error when I try to use my form and order one myself before posting it for others. Can you help figure this out with me?

Hello Chrstine,
I did try to test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Instead of redirecting to PayPal checkout page, it shows error message. Please check the screenshot below:
Are you sure that you are using correct PayPal account username in payment tool of your form? I believe it should be an email address. Please check the screenshot below:
Please verify your PayPal account in payment tool and also ensure that your Paypal account is not limited.
