I have a parent who is unable to send their registration for their child. They said the form will not accept her child's birthday. She has tried every variation of the date including using the calendar, and it still will not accept. The other parents who have submitted registrations are coming through fine. Is there a type of browser that will not allow dates? Have you had this issue before and how did you resolve it?

I opened your form using Google Chrome and the Date field is working fine on my end. I also did a test submission to your form and I did not encounter any error.
May I know what internet browser the parent that has an issue? Also. I have cleared your form cache so it will be refreshed from our server.
