I am not able to access the site on my main PC. It shows This webpage is not available DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
When trying on another PC, it opens. Why is that so? Is my IP blocked on the site servers or what?

Are you having a problem accessing the site https://www.jotform.com/? Or the issue is for the specific form (http://www.jotform.me/form/72255302808453)? Can you please try accessing the site again and see if you will be able to access the site/form properly? If the issues persist, please check the DNS settings of your Internet service provider. This might be a security issue on your network that is blocking access to JotForm. Nevermind, I fixed it. Just googled and came to know that it was a DNS issue. Just changed the DNS and it worked for me.
