Can you combine different options to a singular question?

    Hi,

Previously I asked if there was an ability to add multiple options to a question such as:

Name 3 of the 7 wonders of the world.

    a)

    b)

    c)

You guys gave me a solution to this by where you add a text entry to display the question, then below have the 3 options in a separate short entry box below to write their answer which, from a formatting point of view is fine, but if we need to add logic in the future, it may be impaired by this layout.

Is there an option to have a question, and the answer boxes grouped into one question? (A good example of what I mean is on the PV assessment form if that makes it easier to digest what I'm waffling on about.

    Cheers

Multiple Text Fields Widget can be used for this question. You can create multiple text fields as many as you want. So you can generate a single form element with multiple text fields. By this way, you can avoid from impairing effects for the layout.

Here is the widget link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/multiple_text_fields

Aside from what @KaanCakmak has suggested, you can also try to check the following widgets and see which of it will best suit your requirements.

    Configurable List widget — https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

Thanks for your suggestions. I think the best suited would be the Multiple Field Widget. One problem is that the box is showing blank on the form, and there is a message saying run the wizard- I assumed this would be solved by clicking the 'update widget' function. I've hit this button several times and nothing changes. Don't suppose you could offer some clarity as to how to get the Multiple fields box to show the text, rather than just the blank space currently shown?

    Cheers

Please try to remove the Multiple Text Field widget and add it again to your form. Drag the widget to your form and wait for a couple of seconds to load. Here's my screen animation when adding the Multiple Field widget to my form:

Also, please try using a different internet browser and see if that works.

If the issue persists, please contact us again. Thank you.
