How do I convert a form to PDF

I'h trying to convert a form to PDF for offline use, however when I use your instructions it does not seem to work. I pick the form, then click on More and then the PDF button, then a little "Working" bar pops up but nothing happens. I've left the browser window open for up to 30 min and still nothing. Is their another way of doing it or am I missing a step?
