I need a forms information to go into a folder specifically for that form as well as a folder that will contain much more information. It needs to go to both is it possible to connect two different google drive folders. One of the folders will already exist and the other folder will be made specifically for storing the filled out form data from this form.

No, you can just connect to one Google Drive folder. However, you can try to find online to tutorials to accomplish what you need within your Google Drive account. Here is one I just found, you may give it a try: https://www.labnol.org/internet/add-files-multiple-drive-folders/28715/

The tutorial is almost what I need, but unfortunately I think you are right and this is not possible to do the way I need to to work. I can make two of the same folders(one within the all information folder and one outside of it), but I need to just put the information there in the all information folder not have the same folder twice. Not have another folder inside with the information in it that I would need to move outside.

I believe what you are looking for would not be possible since it is not possible to automatically create two copies of the same file in different locations.  A single copy of the PDF and uploaded files are created when the form is submitted and as far as I know, there is no function in drive to automatically copy and move newly created files.
