avoiding "information you have entered on this page will be sent over an insecure connection"

    Hi folks,

First, a confusing communication thing: I asked this question yesterday under our main account, for which all your email goes to sgreitzer@wittenberg.edu ; unfortunately, that user is out of the office for the week, so if you replied I haven't received it. However, to avoid duplicating effort on your end, you may wish to search for that answer.

    The issue:

This form is one that for complex reasons we need to host locally (embedding the full code on our site) rather than just link to your form:

    http://www6.wittenberg.edu/lib/ill/book.php

What I've been finding is that when a user fills out the form, Firefox gives this error message:

"information you have entered on this page will be sent over an insecure connection"

The form is passing encrypted info to an https "thank you" page.

Is there anything we can do to convince Firefox that it's secure enough to not issue that warning?

    Thanks
    Ken

I can see the thread opened by the other account here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1223308

The thread is currently private so you would need to be logged into the other account " bmccombs" in order to view the reply you have received.

I can also see a ticket has been opened on our second level support, you will be updated about it on the other thread.
