My account has been AUTOSUSPENDED

    I was finishing my form and it closed itself. I don't know what happened, but I need at least the automatic response I was writing because I did not save it anywhere else.

    Please help me!!!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Your account was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector but as per manual checking of your form, it seems to be fine (no fields guilty of phishing). I have reactivated your account and your form should be accessible now.
