Why I'm not seeing all fields in the form?

    If you're referring to payment field, the field is not showing because it is hidden, you can show it by clicking it in the editor and clicking show:

    Hi Nik, thank you - I will change that.  I actually can't see the name field and one or two others when I preview.  I can only see 5 questions.  Is the free plan limited to just 5 questions?

    We do not have a field limit at this time. The form seems to be showing 7 fields at the moment.
