How to add a payment through Square to a form

I am trying to link a payment option in my jotform through Square.  I drag the Square payment field into my form and then connect to square.  I set up the item and price. But I can't get the drag down  window to work for setting the number of items to be purchased.  After several tries I got the quantity drag down window to show up but when I open the form to test everything, the quantity drag down window is no longer in the form.

To add a quantity dropdown option to your product, inside of the product settings click on the Add a Quantity Selector option, then select a dropdown option, set range and click on Save Quantity button. After that save your product.
