How can I get one of my multiple questions broken out by more lines?

We have an order form but when I pull the report of it does not break down the orders by each item.  Is there a way to have that happen? 

For example: An order has 1 sub sandwich, 2 party treys, 1 cookie

 - I would like all of them to be on a separate line item.  Is this possible?
